The Somfy ILT 4-Motor Tap is a device that resides on the Somfy Digital Network (SDN) which converts the RS-485 communication protocol to TTL which is require by the ILT2 motor. Two RJ45 ports allow for easy network connections and simplified wiring with the use of Cat5e patch cables. Four ILT2 motors can be directly connected to one Tap with RJ9 connectors. It is recommended that the ILT2 motor data cable not to exceed 35Ft.
