Hunter Douglas Duette and Applause PowerView GEN2 Lift Motor
- There are three different motors available for the Duette or Applause shades. The first motor and most commonly used (7506000000) is for a standard Bottom Up shade that uses just one motor and is typically located on the right side of the shade headrail.
- The second type of motor used is used in tandem as a Master and Slave motor where the Master motor is on the right side of the shade headrail and the Slave is on the left side of the shade headrail and there is a Gray 10-pin data ribbon connecting the two motors. This motor scenario is used for DuoLite Shades (two shade fabrics made as one shade) and TopDown BottomUp shades where the shade lowers and raises as a standard shade or as
- Controlled with a PowerView Gen2 round 6-channel remote
- Powered by an 18 Volt DC Battery Wand that holds 12-AA Batteries or powered by an 18 Volt DC Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Wand or Hardwired to an 18 Volt DC Plug-In Wall Transformer.

Install the motor then Power up and wait a few seconds until the LED lights stop flashing then press and hold the programming button on the motor head for about 6-7 seconds and release the button once the motor starts to move. Let the motor move up and down to find its travel limits. This calibration routine might take a minute or two to complete. Do not interrupt this procedure! Once the travel limits are set, the shade is ready to be added to the Pebble Remote and PowerView Hub (if there is one). There are three reset options available for this motor. Press and hold the programming button on the motor head for 6-Seconds=Will set the Upper & Lower travel limits, 12-Second reset=Will erase any control points stored in the motor but preserve the travel limits, 18-Seconds=Will Delete travel limits and all programming thereby resetting the motor back to "Factory" settings.
Motor Programming Considerations
If replacing an existing motor with a new motor then the new motor will have to be paired with an existing Pebble Remote and Hub. Download the programming instructions below. If the old motor was part of a Scene then the Old Motor will need to be deleted from that scene and the NEW Motor will need to be added to that scene. If the Hub is integrated with an existing Automation controller such as a Control 4 controller, the Control 4 programmer will have to discover the new replacement motor with Control 4 software. Each motor in a PowerView Network has a unique motor address.
