Hunter Douglas Battery Wand Platinum Technology 2.1 18V DC Battery Tube

  • Holds 12-"AA" Batteries (not included). Lithium Batteries reccommended since they will not leak or corrode in high heat areas thereby ruining the battery tube. This new battery tube is fused to prevent shorting out the batteries if loaded incorrectly. If the fuse blows out then the tube is ruined and a new one must be purchased.
  • Powers all Platinum Technology 2.0, 2.1 AND PowerView 18V DC products
  • Powers all Turnils 18V DC lift systems including Kathy Ireland and many more.
  • Accepts a barrel power connector.

The 2nd time I replaced the batteries, the battery wand became useless. Batteries were good but no current between wand terminals. Reply: These NEW wands have a small fuse in the removable cap. If the batteries are loaded incorrectly the fuse will blow and the wand will need replaced.-Bill 12-22-22.
