- This remote is not compatible with the Platinum Technology 2.0 or 2.1 Shading Systems or the newest Generation 3 PowerView family of shades that became available on July 1st 2022.
Important Pebble Programming Considerations- Please Read!
If a new pebble remote will be used in an existing PowerView System that is using a Powerview Hub then the new pebble remote will need to be "Paired" to the existing network before any shades are added to the new remote. See "Pairing Remotes" on page 9 of the Programming Instructions or Pairing a Remote to a PowerView Network using the Hub on page 44. If the new Pebble Remote is not paired to the network then it will not operate correctly and will not be recognized by the network. Pairing the remote to the network copies the unique network identidication number to the new pebble remote which then makes it visible to the network and other components. Please download the Pebble Programming Instructions (Download Link Below) as they will not be sent with the Pebble Remote.
